Almost there!
Added 2022-12-28 09:06:15 +0000 UTCMy friends, here's some progress from yesterday. Holidays went pretty smoothly so I had more energy than usual for modelling - also, I missed the workbench! :)
Again, just like any other part of this kit that's not the main hull, it seems like a quick job - snap the parts out, do some sanding, glue them together, done. However, the loading tray was once again riddled with ejector marks, heavy flash, and crooked details. It's an old Trumpeter model, so it's kinda understandable, but on the other hand, the details, no matter how soft or deformed, are very accurate!
Now I can finally add some missing details on the bottom and inside of the hull before tackling the terrifying plastic handrails! And then the model will finally be ready for painting!
