Video idea
Added 2021-01-06 10:41:20 +0000 UTCMy friends, so I finished the BMR-3 painting video and I'm going to film the next video about modelling tools.
The idea is this: do it as a "basic tools every modeller should have" but breaking it into categories: the most fundamental tools which are also budget-friendly (the bare minimum to build a model, also ideal for beginners) and then go into the more "advanced" stuff which isn't necessary for everyone, but people might find it useful if they're into more detailing work etc.
Does that sound good? Anything else I should talk about?

I focused the video completely on construction to keep it concise :) I also talked about modelling sprue cutters and regular wire side cutters (which I still use lol) as a very good budget option.

2021-01-06 23:45:36 +0000 UTCLove the idea Martin. I’ve been modelling now for two years but only just discovered the difference between nippers and sprue cutters. Perhaps you could add this to the mix. Something else that has given me a bit of frustration is selecting the correct paint type for the job. Eg. Tamiya for spraying vs AK 3rd Gen or Vallejo for brush painting. On that topic you could mention how invaluable an airbrush is.
