And we're finally ready for earth tones!

Everything is done my friends, now it's time to make a video and then start with proper weathering ๐Ÿ˜I'm gonna start with textured mud on the lower half and loose debris on the horizontal surfaces. I have one photo of a JT roof showing a lot of dried grass collected in corners, so I guess it'll be something along those lines - grass, dirt, natural scatter.

Also, the spare tracks are only base coated with grey and treated with some rust washes and speckling. I'll finish their appearance with the rest of the model. When I was painting them for the Tiger, I was making a video about them so that's why I finished them completely to show the entire process.

I also printed spent 128mm Pak shells, but I'll show you those in the next post along with other news ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

And we're finally ready for earth tones! And we're finally ready for earth tones! And we're finally ready for earth tones! And we're finally ready for earth tones! And we're finally ready for earth tones!

The detailed chipping is awesome.

Yeah probably ๐Ÿ˜‚ I mean you're right, I'd think the same because the tank is quite tall and there would be just no way... but that's again the beauty of references!

Was there no comments love for this excellent update due to all the extras you posted right after? Looking forward to seeing your weathering process. Ah yes, grass on the JT roof- the kind of reference photos that surely drive IPMS judges crazy!! ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ "No way it could have gotten up there!!" ๐Ÿ˜œ
