I'm almost done with the superficial chipping, just need to finish the back plate and the model will be ready for the steel chips.
I'm honestly surprised by how fast the chipping stage is progressing. Back in summer of last year when I was chipping the Chi-Ri, which is similarly large, it took me 1 week for each layer.
Also, initially I wanted to make this into one big video about chipping, rust and zimmerit chipping, but I'll just release it as two videos... I'll make the other video about zimmerit and detail painting, because it's still gonna be a bit of work until the model is ready for dust and mud effects...
