Updates

After three weeks and several doctor’s visits it turns out I have a stress fracture and will be in a boot for quite some time (2-3 months). I have a Navicular Stress Fracture which can be particularly tough to heal.

What does this mean?

I will still be bringing you weekly flows, focused on more gentle yoga and chair yoga, showing you that yoga can be practiced even with limitations.

Struggle is real.

I’m not going to lie, this injury is kicking my butt. I start to think I’m feeling better and then it starts to hurt more. It’s my FHL tendon and therefore pain travels between mid foot and ankle. It started hurting pretty quickly during my latest Patreon video, therefore I feel like I hurried it a bit. I’m slowly getting to my customs, so I thank you for your patience with me. I’m fearing I may end up worse off if I push myself too hard, so trying to find balance right now.
