Some hot videos, the longer the better if possible. Maybe 5-10 minutes. Not just pics or gifs/short replaying clips; I know that kind of content isn’t as easy but I consider it much more worthwhile. I think that kind of content will get you a lot of views on other websites as well that in turn will hopefully bring you more patrons too. Just my humble opinion Rexx.

Blizzard basically threw all of your work out, so I think the key now to maintaining a patron base in the near term will be larger diversity in whatever you can work with and greater creativity in the kinds of animations you're doing - rather than continuing to spend inordinate amounts of time setting up ultra-custom models like you were before, you may have to settle for working with more public models just to get some output going. I don't say this to be mean, but the only things you've really done since getting pushed out of WoW so far have been Uriel and a Yordle. You really need to be showing you're doing more than this(showing the public, even - not just Patron-walled updates; the point is to get more non-paying people interested in paying).

I'd like to point out (again) that GW is much worse about bothering people about (even imaginary) copyright infringement than Blizzard. As much as I'd like to see some warhammer stuff, it's not a good idea.

You're still a god Rexx. The fact I see you in a lot of projects still is a sign of it. You just lost the people that were strictly into WoW stuff. Think of this as an opportunity to branch out into ideas you have or an opportunity into other areas of untapped potential like the new Claire from R.E. or whatever have it.

I could sign for that. I'd like to try something but all my experiences around graphics are basics of photoshop..15 years ago. So practically none. I know there is a lot of tutorials and other information sources all over the internet but thats the problem. Too much information is available today but not all is good or suitable for beginners. And sometimes its very hard to get through it. At least for me but i think im not alone in it. Maybe you could nudge us a little and direct us the right way.

As others have said, diversifying your content would likely help a lot. Back when you did your Warcraft content, I'd say about 60% of it was content I didn't care for (out of my own preferences, that is), but the remaining 40% of high quality shit I WAS super into made becoming a patreon an obvious choice. I think if you rotate through a few regular settings that don't get a lot of quality work in your style and mix in the occasional work from a random setting you felt like doing may help bring more people in and keep them paying for your regular content, even if they have to wait for the ones they really want for a bit.

I will personally say I stayed for the quality of your content. My bet would be to diversify, whether by making original content, or using existing games and franchises as a base. I Also think that some views into how you make things would be a really cool thing for patrons? So that they get to see the really cool stuff, but that might be a bit much for you. Bringing back polls and patron-input might also be really dope. Either way, it's been a real journey with you, and I will stick with it to see where you end up. Good luck dude, you deserve it.

Gonna back up lazer on warhammer franchise lizardmen fucking elfs or dark eldar raping guardsmen might get you somewhere. Now since warhammer is getting more and more popular it will enter mainstream some day. Maybe that eisenhorn tv series will speed up the process. My advice, for the present, go for warhammer total war series.

I have been trying really hard to get models for other MMOs like Final Fantasy 14 but, man, I can't find much of anything. It's been a real frustration. Even tried Skyrim, which I thought would be easy, but isn't. Seems it's easy to mod in, but not pull out.

The issue is I wrote a legal letter as requested saying I wouldn't tie WarCraft with my branding anymore. Even if I wanted to go back, I would be going back on my agreement, which leaves me more vlunerable. I tried to see if I could avoid the letter but my lawyer said it wouldn't be a good idea if I was avoiding a lawsuit.

But when it comes to new original ideas i think i got one ;) Many people have a interest in making nsfw content but are either lacking the skills, self-confidence or funds to make nsfw content. I know you use Cinema4 for your animations, but what if you did a "low budget basic content creation" stream or video series where you download a free program (like blender), show where people can find models (like smutlabs), then show a basic version of how to set up a scene, lighting and some basic animation. Try to envision someone who has never animated, used blender or done 3d modeling before. They just want to learn how to make nsfw content. Maybe give them some tip/advice on how to improve on their work and become better.

If you are looking for another franchise that might draw in new people i still think the Warhammer fantasy universe is an untappet goldmine. I know the orcs are gender less and have no dicks, but there are other races (like beastmen, lizardmen, minotaurs, Norscans etc) that can make up for it ;)

I don't know if I can really offer any helpful advice...Others have said you could try working with other popular games and see if that piques people's interest, but I can definitely see how that might not feel as a palatable solution since the work could be claimed again. I would definitely avoid making exclusive-to-patrons works containing characters from other properties, to be on the safe side and maybe offering access to the creative process or thoughts from it? I don't know if that might be an exhausting way to go about things, though... Wish I could be more helpful than a bottom-rung patron =/

Your patron base was built on the work you did with WoW. That means no matter what you do, you will see a shift and it may eventually be a nearly complete turnover as time carries on. The problem with original content is it doesn't strike a particular chord with investments people make in their hobby. Hobby erotica is its own thing - it plays off the allure of concepts made popular for other reasons and those 'other reasons' are important to the draw. I know you made a call on this for personal reasons, but I think you might need to consider what's more of a problem; potential fights with content owners or a considerably harder struggle as an artist to keep yourself funded. If you're going to wade back into external content, then you might need to revisit your choice on Blizzard. TO BE CLEAR: Blizzard would have lost the fight with you. There is so much precedence in play for erotica fitting into the parody exception to copyright that this was not a genuine threat other than to the potential legal costs of officially reminding them of that fact. One of the legal requirements of Copyright is that you 'zealously defend' your protected territory. Blizzard MUST file cease & desists and show active protection of their copyrights in order to KEEP those copyrights under title 18 of the US code. This mean letters like this are a song & dance where Blizzard's legal knows full well they're likely to be told to take a hike and get nowhere, but they can then file that they made the formal attempt and it provides documentation for the maintenance of their IP portfolio. Maybe consider revisiting this with your attorney to get some real idea of what your financial risks are compared to your now visible decreasing revenue. Ask for a brief on the matter. Because IF you're going to wade back into protected content, you might as well go back to the content that you did better than anyone else and drew the kind of following that would rapidly return if given the opportunity. Just my 2 cents.

Perhaps "casting a larger net" might be a good way to make up for falling numbers. You could expand into other games that are trending and popular in porn searches instead of pigeonholing in one. Aside from having a more diverse audience, it could make you less vulnerable to another "Cease and Desist" situation as there are other franchises to base of on. As for the "Patron Exclusive", it could perhaps be like a raffle again, where the winner(s) could decide which video game (franchise/character) is next to show up in your work. Nude models of such popular characters (I believe) can be obtained with relative ease on the Internet so you don't have to spend so much time on creating original models from scratch.

I think RedSparrow is onto something. Some Grok stuff, using other original 3d models you can use free and clear of outside companies interfering.

You seem to like working with Lara Croft and I think you might have a model of her laying about somewhere, maybe you could do some work with her if you can find a way to get hold of some of the environments she was in. The key to your productivity in the past is that you really liked the content you worked on, so maybe that is an option with not a lot of overhead, and she is still a very popular character to boot!

The reason I stayed here for so long was the super high cadence with which you produced your stuff, high quality and high quantity. What was and is the difference between you and other content creators here on Patreon is the fact that you deliver, where others slack off due to success. And sure the fact that you produced Warcraft content was also a big part of my reasoning, but as you said once before, there are other francises to work with. A fact you prove now with your Darksiders series, which also keeps me hooked. Next thing is just the curiousity of seeing what you come up next, your own setting could be something really enjoyable, that stands and falls with how your models will look like and what artstyle you have planned for them. Honestly I wasn't a big fan of the Elf-head sculpt, but that is just me, and that was only one glimpse of what is to come, I am sure. Personaly I would lose my head over the whole reward thing, sure it is a nice way to pressure or persuade people for higher donation tiers but, here I would say content gating no, more participation and voting options, a clear "yes, why the hell not?". So my prediction, for what it is worth, would be that once you get a clear line of content again (an USP like "Rexx, the one who makes a shit ton of Warcraft porn"), I could imagine that people might return and new ones stepping in too. Just get now known for a different fancises line, in the best case your own. So to end this wall of text, I really enjoyed your streams back then when I had the time to watch them, it was always nice to see you create something new. Also the stream where you crafted the "Mira on the Box, Fellfriday" will never be forgotten. I wish all the best and for what is worth I will up my donation in your time of need, just stay the way you are. Caring and a fucking workhouse that would make the german industrial complex blush.
