What the hell! Oh god and i didnt take back ups yet... Why the hell would Blizzard need to do this. And how even they could when you animate and work everything in editor again. I think this is already working againts inviduals own right to create anything! I will support you like i have all tehse 40months. Even if i have never speaken here just lurked. The sad thing is that after quitting the game and deciding not to return, it was your animations and storytelling that convinced me to play again just for BFA to make me quit once and for all. When will game companies understand that this sort of content doesn't always hurt their games. I wouldn't of even tried Overwatch if it wasn't for the flood of OW porn that entered tumblr. There were many other games that piqued my interests once I saw characters in their most lewd of forms. I know that over the years you have put so much passion into your work and it pisses me off so much that someone can just come and wipe all that away. All I know is you will have my support for as long as I can give it and you will figure something out in the end.

Hope you push. Most of these companies will bail before it goes to court. Because if they lose (and most do stand a high chance of due to Fair Use) it'll set even more legal precedence. In the meantime, I'd stick with non-Blizzard specific models. I mean...they gonna sue you over a generic elf...a generic human? Pssh, man, get the fuck outta here [at Blizzard]. Interesting, so it will probably be only a matter of time till other WarCraft artists will get hit. Lame move of Blizzard, if you ask me but they're probably forced to do it in order to protect their IP, since the law demands they do, else they lose it. I wish you the best, Rexx. It's fair use, nearly all their items in game from vanilla are taken straight from d&d, not to mention their spells in game. Don't even get me going on their use of the "old ones" from lovecrafts lore, theyre "old gods" are literally rip offs of those. "this yog sathoth guy sounds cool, lets put him in wow, but change his name to yogg saron, no one will know"

So I think the Rexx has a good chance, since Elf's Orcs and other creatures are not an invention of Blizzard's also consider that he creatures is not an invention of Blizzard. The Warcraft inspired Rexx but that's no crime. Rex this is terrible and I can't imagine how stressing/scary that must be feeling. I honestly can't believe how you were targeted like that and it raises fear for other machinima creators such as you. You have a faithful fanbase and we will all support you as much as we are able. I hope it will be like the Overwatch issues a year ago, which seems to be okay now and creators are still doing what they love. Even if it's not, we will still be here. Im so sorry this has happened to you dude. It's ridiculous that it has come to this. I truely believe that this should fall under Fair Use as it is transformative since the fact the models/animations are custom and are featured nude and the game does not have that. Just know that we support you.
