2024-07-23 08:01:26 +0000 UTCBack in 2008 we didn't know who the next Doctor was going to be so for that first 20-30 mins most of us genuinely believed it was a multi-Doctor story with 10 meeting his future self. Morrissey is a well enough known actor that I think his name was actually on the list of potential actors to become the 11th Doctor. The bookies in the UK usually have odds against certain actors, so I'm sure a few people went from really excited at winning the bet, to disappointed when they realized it was a sure loss LOL.
