If you previously downloaded my Build Set Part II then you've already got the sink.

⭐️ Note: There's a tiny graphic issue with the tub in-game where the glass on the inside of the tub isn't see-through. If/when EA comes up with a fix for this I'll extend that to this item.
(Don't forget to unzip the file and only put the .package files in your mods folder)
