updated 4/11 to fix the robotics package. robotics doesn't have it's all skill tag so i changed it to the mental skill tag, which encompasses other skills as well, including archaeology from jungle adventure. i have a sim in the jungle right now so that was important to me

the home studio lot trait will now include fabrication and candle making, and the science lair will include robotics

i haven't made any changes to the default modifiers, just updated it to include fabrication and robotics

Eco Lifestyle required for the Home Studio package, Discover University for the Science Lair package

will conflict with any mod that changes the tuning for the home studio lot trait and science lair trait
