just a post explaining the situation

i originally made mods during the covid pandemic cause like everyone i was stuck at home and then i broke my foot too so i was extra stuck at home and bored. i had to stop when my life got too busy, as a result most mods on this page are outdated and not safe to use in your game

unlocked city living lot traits (2023 version)

looks like OG version of this mod was deleted? i remade it and converted them to lot challenges too. this mod unlocks the locked traits from city living

• needs tlc (lot trait alone does nothing, its the objects on the lot. those can be removed with better build buy by tmex)
• quiet (no more loud neighbor situations)
• lively neighbors (loud neighbors)
• great view (lot trait alone does nothing, its the windows on the lot. they're unlocked with better build buy by tmex)
• serviced apartment- free maid service. i always put this on my university dorms
• historical (lot trait alone does nothing, its the plague on the lot. that can be removed with better build buy by tmex)
• pricey- doesn't change rent price, adds buffs
• romantic fireplace (lot trait alone does nothing, its the fireplace on the lot. it's unlocked with better build buy by tmex)

i left two lot traits locked as they do absolutely nothing and weren't used in the game

perfect family farm 🥺

i literally never build but spent the past few weekends making this and i cried at how perfect it is. i just had to convert it into a cc free version to upload bc i love it that much. three bedroom old farm house with a chicken shed and a modern two bed granny flat at the back. not play tested oh well that part comes later lol. i made this farm for an extended family hence having two different houses on the lot

truthfully, the idea of having to update my mods and post them all here before i get to play on the rare occassion i get free time makes simming feel like a chore and not an enjoyable game. so i'll only be updating at my own pace now. could be once a month, could be once a year. we'll see where life goes. i'll probably be removing all my paying patreons so i dont feel like i owe people anything. love ya 💕💕

ENDLESS LOT TRAITS, NO VENUE REQUIREMENTS, UNIVERSAL VENUE LIST

so today we have three mods in one post

mod 1; endless lot traits

ive been wanting to make this ever since the lot challenges were introduced, however i havent had time. i thought it was unfair how lot traits are limited to just the 3 but challenges can be as many as you want. i've converted all the EA lot traits to challengesn except for one. i had to leave one lot trait as it was, otherwise build mode didnt load and it gave lastUIexceptions. i left clothing optional as a lot trait but the rest are now converted into lot challenges so you can use as many as you want

mod 2: no venue requirements

i know theres similar mods out there, this is my take on it. all venue requirements have been changed to optional. forbidden objects for university dorms have been removed completely.

mod 3, universal venue list

this was actually a discovery made by zerbu back in 2020, for some reason it hasn't caught on with other modders who make venue lists. when most modders make venue lists, they have to add in all the custom venue types themselves. however, if you leave it completely blank, it will automatically fill in all the custom venues AND ea venues. this is compatible with all CC venues. you must delete other venue lists in order to use this one. search venue list in your mods folder to see how many you have and delete them. please let me know if the wedding stories world works, as i don't actually have that pack yet and can't test it

important update plz read

i have just updated all my script mods however i cant promise they are completely free from bugs bc i dont have the time to play test them properly. this is also to announce that from here on out my script mods will not be getting further updates, they're simply too time consuming and i don't have that time anymore. 2020 i had a broken foot and everyone was out of work from the pandemic, sims is all i did during my foot healing and the long lockdowns. i've worked since then and haven't had time to play sims as a casual player let alone a modder. the little break i have right now is from having a car accident and my car being written off by the insurance company due to age, i can't work without my car and i cant work until i get another car, hopefully thats before the end of this month bc im struggling with the cost of these ubers everywhere and public transport gives me major anxiety. attached are the script mod updates, i have a few tuning mods to update and a new one to upload but from here on out, only my tuning mods are supported. i will likely not update them the same day as new patches, i will update them whenever i have time to do so. you can keep using my script mods until they break. i'm also pawning my gaming laptop bc i need the money for my next car, and am only playing on my macbook air now with limited mods and cc bc its too slow with all the mods i used to use. i don't even know if ill be using my own mods when i play bc im going back to just the basics, MCCC, WW, BD, woohoo wellness, and CC, the mac book just cant handle the mods my gaming laptop can. i'll be adding an unsupported tag to my script mods. if any of my mods cause you issues i've made an email specifically for my mods, its plzsaysikesims4@gmail.com email there if theres any issues bc i rarely log into my patreon and don't really see any comments on here. thanks for the ride everyone. damn i miss gaming but i gotta be an adult and make money lol

debug full hamper

i wanted there to be a debug full hamper action like there is for the bins so i made one lol

automatically empty lint tray

when your sims dry a load of laundry, they will automatically empty the lint tray too, to stop fires happenings. useful for houses with butlers

mods without the "updated august 2021" tag may be broken, use at own risk. i'll get around to everything now that lockdown is extended, when these lockdowns end its back to no updates and no new mods bc i'll be too busy

keep in mind im not a big modder like turbodriver, basemental, nisa who make a living off their mods and thus can dedicate 100% of their time to modding. i work full time now as well as trying to go to the gym as much as i can and maintaining a social life. i really dont have time for even just playing sims casually now. the reason i had time now is bc of the lockdown

BUG FIX - TODDLER TRAIT CONFLICTS

so ea didnt bother making any of the toddler traits have conflicts, because they only allow toddlers to have one trait. but if you use traits that allow more than one trait for toddlers it becomes an issue, you dont wanna have a clingy charmer for example. this mod adds in the appropriate conflicts

this is an add on to ignifex's item slot fixes. you don't have to have both for it to work, but i recommend it because i didn't do the items that were already done

29/3 specters moved inside the apartment! if you cant see them look outside the building but i think ive fixed the issue now
