BUG FIX lower chance for twins
Added 2020-08-18 07:46:50 +0000 UTC30/9 fixed an issue where the screen slam showed as having triplets for every birth.
this mod doesn't work well enough for me so i will likely not be updating it any further unless requested
do not use with breeding ground lot trait fix, it will conflict and it's already built in
this is ONLY for people with the issue of too many twins in their save, if twins are already rare for you don't download this
i recommend using mccc to set maximum offspring to 2
