I must begin this week by saying I'm sorry. The failure to predict the release date is entirely my fault.

Let me explain what happened

For this week's theme, I worked with a new workflow and invested a lot of time into it. Previously, my process was to create the main movements (primarily the movements of the waist and thighs) and then manipulate additional, non-repetitive joints as I pleased to create the scenes. However, since this week’s theme involved fixed poses and almost no repetitive movements, I concluded that the old method wouldn’t work. Instead, I tried a method where I preset the poses at regular frame intervals and then refined the details of the movements.

I realized something was wrong the moment I lost two whole days on a one-minute animation. Although I thought that investing more time would yield a scene of good quality, the increasingly complex movements in the middle of the animation resulted in a disastrous quality. Ultimately, I had to delete the entire animation after the midpoint and remake it using the original method.

In fact, there have been times when I’ve had to make adjustments to a scene with very little time left before its release, but this is the first time I felt like I had completely ruined it.

Nonetheless, I did learn some things. Recently, in an effort to enhance the quality of my animations, I had tried various approaches but ended up feeling stuck due to the lack of satisfactory results. However, by working on this week's scene, I was able to identify many missing details in the previous method, and I am confident that future scenes will be much better.
