Actually, this week’s scene could have been finished a day earlier or been about two minutes longer.
However, because I spent a lot of time experimenting with how to naturally depict the feeling of moving underwater and the swaying motion from the waves in the Main2 scene, I barely managed to finish on time.
In truth, it’s not that difficult to create those effects in the timeline, but I felt pressured to finish quickly. Without organizing my thoughts properly, I just kept trying every idea that popped into my head, and that’s how i ended up here.
I’m quite satisfied with the result overall, but it does feel a bit disappointing that the playtime is shorter than I’d hoped.
Next time, when I come across an expression or effect I haven’t tried before, I’ll calmly collect my thoughts first and then start working in earnest. That way, I’ll be able to show you even better scenes more quickly.
