Hotfix for Update 13.

Heya everyone,

Thanks to all of you for all your reviews and comments. As usual with a big update, I wanna release a quick hotfix so nobody's get stuck in a weird situation. Gladly, there weren't tons of game-breaking bugs, but still some annoying ones. While I was at it, I also corrected some minors things.

- Corrected a typo in the menu still refering to the old shortcut for the debug consol

- Corrected some achievements behaviour so some of them trigger properly

- Corrected the sobering rate after ingesting alcohol. You'll finally be able to save yourself from permanent hangover. If you saved with full alcohol level, you might have to drink a beer for it to take effect.

- Added a debug command to fix your save if you used the skip_leveltwo command earlier. Just type in camerasavefix to get your save back to normal. Don't forget to save afterward ! This should fix any issues you could have with the camera (diaper club recruitment side quest, arcade game...)

Edit 06-15 : I was a little too quick and with the help of DanDan discovered that another flag prevented the camera to work as intended even after the fix. I reuploaded the game and everything should be good now. Sorry about that.

Okay, back to work! If more game-breaking games are reported in the next few days, I may release another hotfix but I really wanted to push this one fast because I know how a messed up save is annoying.
