Villain All Might - BNHA AU

So, I was re-watching Boku No Hero Academia again since the begining and noticed lots of new details, specially in my favorite characters:

No 1. All Might

No. 2 Hawks

No. 3 Eraserhead

I found very fun the chapters where All Might do the villain role during the practice and trainings and I saw how he totally embraces the role during that time. that took me to search for  fanarts of the Villain All Might and found mostly Villain Deku... but WHAT IF....?

So, my two unique roleplay and friends of many years, made a special section in an old RP forum we have, very private xD and started to develop some Villain All Might AU, where he never suffers the mortal wound that made him weak and passes his gift to Deku, and in exchange, in an ultimate will for living, he ends, killing his rival. Usually All Might tends to hold himself of using the 100% of his power to trap the villain and take then to jail, but this time, he did not and found a way to set himself free from the moral boundaries that restrained him from using all his power while confronting villains.

That turned him into a weapon of vengance and destruction of evil, killing everything that crossed his path during his missions. Instead of a Symbol of Peace, he turned into a Symbol of Fear and carry that weight during years. Deku never existed and Midoriya passed the written test to become part of the support classes at the UA. The rest who admired All Might got dissapointed. Todoroki Shoto hates All Might because his father, Endeavor confronted him and the fight ended on Endeavor losing an aye. Best Jeanist loses his life and Stain All for One and the Liberation Army tried to stop All Might by force. Nothing can stop the Symbol of Fear as he is a primal force of a world that have a fallen god as the most powerful being in the planet.

Now, the world tolerates him because theres no one who can do something and even if All Might is not seeking to conquer or destroy the world its a big walking menace. He was alone as a Hero, to protect all his friends from his enemies. Now, he is alone because everybody fears him. Only Midnight and Eraserhead seems to understand his motives, but that doesn't mean they approve his methods.
