Actually type in 40-sec.visualizer Flying Apsaras) THEN WATCH "Flying Apsaras" dance practice! Flying Apsaras is one of his songs on his "East" album. Both the visualizer and dance practice went viral. Lay, since his "Lit" album, has been introducing his Chinese heritage into his music, using traditional instruments and damce moves, and mixing it with modern sounds hip moves. Apsaras are beautiful female spirits of the water and clouds, entities that are part of Buddihst and Hindu cultures. In "Lit", as part of Asian culture, the dragon signifies strength and power, and also good luck. "Lit" as pronounced in Chinese means lotus. A lotus symbolizes one who grows from the depths of mud into a beautiful blossom...and Lay has had to do the same when he went solo...he was doubted, hated, and criticized for wanting to make his own music (even from SM) He was told he could never make it on his own, and many laughed at him. Yet he is one of the most successful artists and producers in all of China now. And "Lit" signifies his achievement as a lotus that grew out of the doubters and haters out there....with the strength of his inner dragon spirit. Lay has his own agency now, "Chromosome Entertainment". He will train his own trainees, and hopefully make some great artists in the future.
