What a busy week this as been! As mentioned, I'm spending half of this week at a convention which severely limited the amount of time I could pour in.
I picked a bad time to overhaul the collision code and maps for Fall of Haven because it has taken far longer than expected. I've had the help of a few Construct veterans to make this possible. However, the bugs alone will take me weeks to clear up and I'm on it!

Trials of the Succubi π

As a reminder Milovana saves only allow for 1024 bits. Fapnip created a wonderful system to compress saves to allow for so much more to be stored but we even ran out of that! This caused the 4.0 release to have lots of bugs.
oneiromantica was so kind to work on this for about a month to bring us a fixed save feature! This should hopefully clear up:
Nearly all of the issues on scenes repeating!
Autosaves not working!
Player's saved photos displaying correctly!
Scene and ending tracker working more accurately!
Saves in general working again!

Fall of Haven π
Reworked entire collision system. This was the goal to make the 45 degree angle perspective a bit more realistic, make paths more walkable, and allow me to make the environment feel more interactive.
I didn't design any of the game with this in mind. To not make my previous version have floating objects I added a lot more impassible terrain workarounds. Going back and re-doing a year's worth of creation has been bug filled and extensive. There is new code to re-order everything on the layer depending on the player's position every frame. More work to be done but I'm excited!

Art added for dropped sword and staff when arms are all tied up.
Dungeon finish gate exit now doesn't show up before required levers switched.
Plant Golems cant be flown over anymore (will make it much harder to hit with sword now).
Skele (the little guys) damage reduced. They will also not attack you so quickly back to back.
Slight damage reduced for skeleton mage bolts.
