I was worried about Okabe because of exactly that what you said. I don't know how to feel about it honestly but I can't deny it's super interesting! :)

2022-06-07 10:30:27 +0000 UTCThe openings and endings for S;G 0 absolutely slap. I like them better than the first ones, although not to say the first ones aren't good. The visuals of this OP and ED are just top notch, especially with Okabe and Kurisu reaching for each other when the chorus drops. I really appreciate the depiction of depression in this show. It feels very realistic to me, with little details such as Okabe going to therapy and taking antidepressant meds, and now this whole thing with the Amadeus Kurisu potentially creating a lie in his mind that she's still alive.

I wonder how AI will progress in real life, I mean there's already someone in Japan married to a Hatsune Miku hologram and there are deepfake technologies and holograms being used to bring dead people back to life. There was actually a project trying to make a Kurisu Amadeus app in real life and there was a demo which Kurisu's voice actress also tried out, but sadly development has been shutdown :(
