✨🍇 Good evening, everyone! 🍊🌟

First of all, we’d like to take a moment to thank you for all the support you’ve given us these past months. As of today, August 2025, we’re officially celebrating one year since this project came to life. And so much has happened since then!

As a team, we’ve laughed, cried, and stressed out more times than we can count — but above all, we’ve loved and enjoyed every single part of this project with all our hearts.

The purpose of this and future newsletters is to gradually reveal details about the production of ADVERSITY HOTEL and share how the first episode is coming along.

To start off, here are some of the amazing things you can expect to see in the final result of the very first episode:

• 26 fully animated characters. Complete with rotations, outfit variations, and tons of expressive facial and limb details.

• Fully animated backgrounds.

• Stunning special effects.

• Dynamic and creative shots and camera angles.

• Chibi versions of the characters.

• A total runtime of around 35 minutes.

All of this has been made possible thanks to the talent of around 10 incredibly skilled people working as a team. We’re extremely proud of the effort we’ve poured in so far and the results we’ve achieved to this day.

Right now, production is moving at a slightly slower pace due to some setbacks and story adjustments to keep us within budget. But we’ve adapted, and we’re more ready than ever!

Here’s what you can expect on Patreon this month:

• All remaining voice actor reveals (each with raw animation, PNGs, playlists, and more extras).

• Extra “Adversity Snippets” animations.

• All walk-cycles and run-cycles for the characters.

• Previews of male and female facial expressions, as well as variations for characters with glasses or dot-eyes.

• Exclusive sneak peeks at the series’ music.

• Exclusive previews of the backgrounds.

• Storyboard sneak peeks from the first episode.

August is shaping up to be an incredibly productive month! Recording lines are about to be sent to the actors, and with the support of our animation team, we’re aiming for a premiere date on Saturday, November 29th, 2025. We can’t wait to see you there! 🎉

Primero que nada, queremos tomarnos un momento para agradecerles por todo el apoyo que nos han dado durante estos últimos meses. Al día de hoy, en pleno agosto de 2025, estamos celebrando un año desde que este proyecto vio la luz — ¡y han pasado tantísimas cosas desde entonces!

Como equipo hemos reído, hemos llorado y nos hemos estresado un montón; pero, sobre todo, hemos disfrutado y amado cada parte de este proyecto con todo nuestro corazón.

El propósito de este y futuros newsletters es ir revelando detalles sobre la producción de ADVERSITY HOTEL y compartirles cómo va avanzando el primer episodio.

Para comenzar, aquí tienen algunas de las cosas increíbles que podrán ver en el resultado final de este primer capítulo:

• Efectos especiales impresionantes.

Todo esto ha sido posible gracias al talento de 10 personas increíblemente dedicadas que trabajamos en equipo. Estamos sumamente orgullosos del esfuerzo que hemos puesto hasta hoy y de los resultados que hemos logrado hasta el momento.

En estos momentos la producción avanza un poco más lento debido a algunos contratiempos y ajustes en la historia para mantenernos dentro del presupuesto, pero nos hemos adaptado ¡y estamos más listos que nunca!
