Has anyone ever had a problem with being locked out of tiers when you paid for it

Yes, I am subscribed to the "Special Movie Requests - 2 hours or more" tier, but I am unable to access any content posted prior to November 1, 2022 (the date on which this new tier was introduced) - I am being asked to join the "Party Starter" tier for access. (I was able to access all this content before I switched to the new tier on November 1.) In terms of troubleshooting, perhaps this will help: According to a Patreon support article, "When you add a new tier, your new tier will not automatically have access to old posts. To grant new tiers access to old posts, visit the Published page of your Posts section. Click the Edit link next to the posts you want to grant access to, and select your new tiers before saving." https://support.patreon.com/hc/en-us/articles/218202363-Edit-my-Tiers

2023-01-10 01:01:54 +0000 UTCSometimes if I canceled instead of letting me have access for the rest of a month I’m blocked from everything or if I change my mind. What works for me is just click to join again and if you’re selecting the same tier you go to charge page but you have a credit because the month was already paid for, click submit and you get immediate access.

2023-01-09 10:02:44 +0000 UTCYes I've had this happen quite a few times on different creators, I personally couldn't fix it. It mainly took time for it to fix itself I believe. It's obviously very annoying though, especially once you've paid for it but it seems to be a running problem at the moment.
