Wtaching it back to back like this makes you more emotional and understanding of the story i think. Balto is still a very good film, while Togo gets more serious, emotional and feels like dessert after a great dinner. I want to say so many things but im also broken right now. This film grabs your soul. If you are wondering, here is a site where you can find out which parts of the film were true and which wernt (not much difference but there are some interesting things. For example, his wife said: "why dont they choose someone who has more at stake?". While in reality Seppala and his wife had a 8 year old daughter. If you have time, you should really check this out! It even has a video of the real Seppala and his sleddogs. No, not with Togo unfortunately, that video was taken many years later.
