How to Share an Amazing Discovery

I tried a new deodorant and discovered that it smelled like far worse BO than any I’ve ever had. I did ask Missy to smell it, and she agreed with me, then cursed me for inflicting that odor on her.

I thought about it and have decided not to call out the brand and scent in question. I’m not worried about any legal repercussions; I just don’t want to deny any of you the thrill of discovery. Buying men’s scented grooming products is a form of gambling. If you lose you smell bad for a month, so the stakes are pretty high.

There’s never any way to know what any of them smell like without trying them. They're all named things like “Cool Wave,” or, “Arctic Chill.” Old Spice has one called “Nightpanther.” I don’t know what it smells like, but I’m betting the answer is not “a panther.”
