The firenation really is the best in creating weapons and built machinery. The other nations use their elements to create houses or move around. But you cant really make a house out of fire :).. so (unfortunately) they excelled in building and creating. - What you said, im not sure. I think they were to confident in the wall not being penetrable and their strategy was lacking. I also think they didnt suspected a giant drill. But i think as THE last big standing city of the Earthkingdom, who has survived a 100 year war, you should be prepared for big attacks. - And i dont think you noticed but the Minister who is the head of this attack, was the same one as in Book 1 episode 17 where they wanted to go to burn the Northern Airtemple. (The episode with the Theo, the kid in the wheelchair who could fly around). - Well, the reason because Azula kicks everyone's ass is because SHE IS powerfull. She is a prodidgy. She is supposed to be this strong. And Aang never used his full power against her because he never wants to fight. - Azula's blue fire also indicates that she is amazingly strong. Blue is the hottest fire and very very very rare. - Yes, i also love Katara and Sokka's sibling relationship. They are the perfect example for brother and sister. Atleast, in my eyes. They love eachother, protect eachother, but they have alot of discussions and tease eachother all the time. Also, like you said, they grow togheter and in a situation like this it brings you even closer. Their relationship is exactly how i am with my brother. Its also funny that my brother is really smart like Sokka and im caring and do physical stuff like Katara. I hope my comment stays xD
