NEW LOFI ALBUM ANNOUNCEMENT AND PREVIEW - "Music to Crash Your Boat to"
Added 2024-03-26 16:00:03 +0000 UTCAfter already putting together a compilation album of Klaymore covers and an EP with Owlbear this year, this is my first album of 2024 (with more in the works already). "Music to Crash Your Boat to" is a lofi hip hop tribute to Link's Awakening and will include 9 songs total (3 songs that weren't previously available on Spotify and one brand new remix). This album was the first lofi remix project I ever took on 5 years ago but it wasn't able to be put on Spotify at the time. The soundtrack recently now became licensable so I updated all of my 2019 mixes and added a few more tracks that weren't in the original YouTube release from 2019. This album includes a sax performance from Michael Garrett Steele who has been on my DKC Main Theme remix and Dry Lagoon remix, and the album also includes a string performance from Shea's Violin who I have known for a few years but haven't had a chance to work with until now! The album will drop on streaming services and YouTube on 4/4/24, so I'll see you all at the watch party in April.
