Which do you prefer?
Added 2022-06-08 11:18:35 +0000 UTCI'm sure you've noticed that I'm a bit late on delivering what was put out on the roadmap. While working on GGEX3 I figured, instead of producing as fast as possible, why not spend a bit more time on making the animation super good? The latest videos, those being the Eunectes video and the little Evil Eye teaser are created with this method in mind. What do you think?

Lajest's making skill + more quality(is that possible? amazing) + 2+ minute length video = built the Disneyland

2022-06-09 11:21:25 +0000 UTCI think a healthy mix of both is the best. I do enjoy the longer quality videos but if you have an idea that doesn't require the same length and can be done in a shorter/higher quality time frame then there's certainly nothing wrong with going down that route going with the Yuel video as an example of something shorter but high quality. Its simple, powerful, and a good watch for the giga effects!

2022-06-09 02:28:14 +0000 UTCLonger, quality videos is what I would prefer. To this day Azmaybe's Diane and DDLC videos are some of my favorite GTS content because they're long, quality videos with a sort of story to them. Thankfully there are a lot more GTS artists nowadays who animate so I already get my fill of short GTS vids, what is still lacking IMO are long quality videos. Obviously it's way more work so I won't complain no matter what I get but that's what I would want.

2022-06-08 22:41:05 +0000 UTCAll animatons will get sound. The ones I've recently posted are WIP and will be extended and polished as well

2022-06-08 18:26:12 +0000 UTCIf it means that eventual Futaba vid that was on the roadmap is high quality and memorable. Then I can afford to wait lol. Also, is sound eventually gonna be added to some of the animations released semi recently that haven't gotten any yet?

2022-06-08 18:21:25 +0000 UTCI would prefer that you take your time with any animation that you work on, be they long or short animations. The quality will be better for it. Thank you for your hard work!

2022-06-08 16:01:28 +0000 UTCI'll still post shorts of course. This just means that longer videos will take longer to release

2022-06-08 14:37:14 +0000 UTCLess quality tends to make more videos, but more forgettable. Higher quality videos are more enjoyable and memorable, staying longer in the memory as a good experience you want to repeat by rewatching the video and enjoying every little detail you add to it. Your vehicle crunching is some of the best I have seen and I would love to keep seeing more of it with the quality you had been pulling lately. Keep up the great work!

2022-06-08 13:06:10 +0000 UTCAlso if you wish, you could redo Ganyu’s animation, with the same story, but with the details you have learned to do so far in Blender, so you could make it what you originally thought about.

2022-06-08 12:17:03 +0000 UTCEnglish: It is better quality than quantity, so your animations will be perfect, you are one of the few GTS animators who make them down to the last detail, that is, you are the best I know. I wish you and your team the best of luck. Spanish: Es mejor calidad que cantidad, así tus animaciones serán perfectas, tu eres uno de los pocos animadores de GTS que las hacen con hasta el último detalle, es decir, eres el mejor que conozco. Te deseo mucha suerte, a ti y a tu equipo.

2022-06-08 11:37:15 +0000 UTCYour Ganyu video was literally what sold me for you. So yeah, I'll definitely take the longer videos since they are more memorable in the long run. 😁

2022-06-08 11:22:27 +0000 UTCThe former. That being said, just make sure there's not too much dead air. Not that that's an issue, really.
