Last edit: I will agree that this is about the cusp of what I'd deem worth modeling detail wise on something this scale~ I do think it looks really cool though xD and will continue the theme on the other bits I plan to add this too.

12/6/22 Edit: I honestly didn't think I could get away with doing this in Fusion, but I conferred with another CAD bud of mine, and he reminded me of some really simple things I had honestly completely forgotten about, like...you can loft more complicated profiles then just simple shapes x'D I'm test printing it now to see how well the detail holds at scale, but the initial test I did before I had added the fibers was pretty solid~

Still testing positive for covid while being physically recovered is gotta be some kinda scam.

Anyway, I've been working on the other auxiliary mech. I like that between this and the odonata I get to push designs a bit in directions I wouldn't normally try. I've always wanted to do a synth.muscle kinda composition, and at this scaling I can get away with it. (I have a rough idea as to how I'd detail this out at say a koi scale, but it be a lot more time consuming.) I want to do something similar to the White Glint for the head, and zygodactyl feet. I think I currently have this rendered on a 30mm base, but I'll have some 25mm bases with tactical rocks modeled into the feet.
Grey assets are current placeholders, as I work through modeling things out.
So far I'm pretty pleased with the aesthetic. It's been fun working through getting fusion to do what I want, and I'm looking forward to fleshing out the rest of it.

This is the beginning of K.Fest2023, which for those not in the discord, will span this month with the base unit kit, and the next with a more specialized kit that includes the good boy doggos (both ExtraThicc and SlimJim).
