Transmigration is when someone's soul (or body - but in this case, soul) goes to another "Realm" or dimension. It is usually anchored in another body if it's a soul. I think, with this show, the main character's soul has landed in a man named Klein, who either ended himself or was murdered.

A "0", someone with limited experience, greenhorn - and as a result, a fool. It doesn't necessarily mean they lack intelligence, just that they are unaware of how the world works in many ways.
