They were they thought she was weird and and wild, but thanks to Catra and her manipulation she was kind of get her to stay. She made it seem like her new friends just left her behind and also letting her work on all the machines that she wants to with all the first ones tech that she can have and we know it kind of like her SPECIAL INTEREST so it makes sense why she would want to stay and we can tell she’s not really doing it maliciously like she said she’s not really doing it out of a thing for good or evil but for science.
