So to answer your question at the end of the film, Dumbledores only known brother is Aberforth who we saw in Deathly Hallows. There is no mention of another brother in the Harry Potter books so this is one of the rare Harry Potter related questions that can’t be answered by the source books. So now it’s up to theory’s and debates on if he is truly his brother, if grindlewald is simply making it up, or there is another theory that dumbledores sister was an obscureal and that’s how she died. This isn’t confirmed so I don’t consider this a spoiler just running theory. So the theory goes, dumbledores sister was tortured by mugles for using magic and so she stopped using magic and developed an obscureus, that same obscureus IS creedance therefore making creedance related to dumbledore. But who knows... definitely interesting
