Yep, that's the correct order. (The movies wanted to follow the print-comics' vibe, where one big story arc was serialized over the different heroes' adventures, and everybody had a piece of the story.) Although Thor: Dark World and Iron Man 3 are considered plot-expendable, and aren't fan favorites for that. And if you follow the end-credit teases, you might have to adjust Phase 3’s order.
