New Alien Story Chapter 1 Release!
Added 2024-08-26 01:10:18 +0000 UTCWell, with all the previously mentioned changes in my day-to-day, I had a lot less time to work on things than I used to. However, I did take a half hour here and there throughout the week to kick off a new story project. Then, today, I decided to spend my Sunday cranking out the rest of the first chapter. This baby comes in at just over 3000 words, which is somewhere around 10-12 pages of a typical novel. In my opinion, that's the sweet spot for chapter lengths.
This first chapter has no expansion, but it does introduce most of the main cast and set the key plot into motion. There will be plenty of expansion and transformation stuff down the line, though. So, don't worry about that.
I had a lot of fun writing this one. The narrator is incredibly relatable for me. I'm excited to show more of her character journey over the course of this tale. I expect the full thing to easily go on for 15-20 chapters, likely more.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy the new story. The working title is "I'm Not Usually This Forward, But the Alien Inside Me Needs Your Semen!"
