March 2025 - Pausing Billing Cycle

I've thought about this for five or so months now off and on, and each month I convince myself more and more that I should just...do it. I'm gonna be taking April off. I'm not satisfied in my art enough to charge for it, and I'd rather tackle some basics and mix it up a bit. I also want to add something happened to one of my higher tier patrons that I won't go into (they're also my friend) and contact with them will be spotty, so I'd rather give them time to breathe than do their comm at the moment.
I'll still be posting full res art to Patreon, you don't have to worry about that. I was originally going to make April another Apurrl, but I'm going to push that back to May. I've been told to call it MewMay, but I dunno.
To all Lard Tier patrons: your coms will be worked on during April. March and April will be tied in together. This means all sketches and photoshop documents will be posted at the end of April. I'll remind you all when the billing cycle resumes.
I wanna be happy in the art I make. The happiest I've been is that Cerbi doodle and it just struck me hard when it got virtually no attention. I don't wanna play this numbers game. I wanna break the loop. I wanna work on stories, I wanna draw canon characters I haven't gotten the chance to draw, I wanna redraw something old so I can see just how much I improved, etc. etc. blah blah blah. Plus hey, this works out. It's tax season in the states, so use what you were going to for April there, maybe. (If you haven't already done your taxes that is).
