November 2023 - The Plan
Added 2023-11-07 09:18:48 +0000 UTCI need to emphasize that putting Patreon on hold this month isn't what I wanted to do, but it's a damn near requirement. The grieving process alone isn't the only thing that needs to be taken care of, I still have my mother's affairs to comb through and classwork on campus to deal with. Right now I'm dealing with the last two commissions left in the queue, and I can start those whenever I receive payment. Once they're done though, I'm going to probably do something I haven't done in a long time. A donation drive.
This drive is just for me not having to worry too hard about the money I've been spending this month. Anyone who was unfortunate enough to have to bury a loved one knows that funerals and the surrounding events have their costs. A donation drive means that I can work on something at my own pace, with a character I most likely wanted to draw anyway. The question of course is who, as I've done drives of pretty much every character I would have wanted to do a drive on, meanwhile, so has everyone else, having drawn characters I've wanted to. This is something I'll figure out later. Maybe towards the middle of the month.
For higher tier Patrons, the only rewards coming out this month are full resolution images, November sketches, and November photoshop documents paired with October's photoshop documents. There will be no exclusives this month, and no Lard Tier rewards. That being said, with billing being paused, you are not being charged for November at all. I'm doing this because I at least want there to be SOME content coming out on Patreon this month.
