New year roadmap

Heeeeelllloooo everyone and a happy new year to everyone! I hope that all of you didn't party too hard and that you all are well.

I'm writing this just to make sure all of you are strapped in for 2022.

Sadly, this year will have to start out slow when it comes to patreon updates since, when it comes to my health, the news are rather dire. On the 24th of November I had a MRT scan. One that I wouldn't have had if I had not insisted. My Orthopaedic doctor just wanted me to get physical therapy and send me back to work for 1 and a half years and THEN examine the middle of my spine.

I refused to accept that, went to my GP and got a referral for a scan. Good thing I did. Turns out it is not JUST my skoleosis and being overweight. In fact, I have 3 additional broken discs in my back. Had I gone back to work, I would have ended up back in hospital a week later at the latest. Not to mention that my employer is just waiting for me to get out of sick leave to let me go.

In 3 hours from now, I will go and see another doctor once again. If they get their will,I will be put in hospital for the next few WEEKS. During that time, the most I would be able to do, is edit Heroes chapters. All else would not be possible. 

Even if I do NOT get put on a ward right away today, there might be surgery ahead. And this surgery, I'm not gonna lie, is dangerous. It is spinal surgery after all. Last time I got spinal surgery, I literally died on the table and they had to bring me back. And that is not counting the endless ways this could go wrong and paralyze me from the chest down. 

I'll be straight with you guys, I'm scared. Very scared. 

I will bring my phone to hospital, and hopefully that will enable me to update you guys on everything. If not, Midnight has all my data and will keep you up to date on all relevant developments.
