Back in town

Just a quick update, since I have not responded or posted since last week. I'm back in town and will be working again tomorrow. Believe it or not, my uncle did not have Internet. I know, fucking insane. I literally could not believe it, and I was not planning anything that made it worthwhile to try and find a cafe (not that there was a ton of time anyways). So, that's why I have not responded to comments or anything.
Anyways, it's late. I'll be working tomorrow and will update the progress chart and make a real weekly post.

2016-10-03 19:57:18 +0000 UTCI hear ya Pseudo, I've lived out in the county most of my life, and for a while dial up was the only thing available. For game updates I bought a flash drive and went into town to a friends's house and copied the data to xfer it to my home pc.

Satellite internet offered roughly the same latency as driving to the server location to pick up the data myself, for about the average price of broadband + 25%. I often considered going without Internet myself at the time.
