Patreon Exclusive: Big Trouble (2002)

Here's the follow-up to our episode on Wild Wild West where we discuss the movie Sonnenfeld directed next: Big Trouble. This one kinda flew under the radar due to its release getting pushed back after 9/11 due to a plot element centered around hijacking an airplane.

Still, it's an enjoyable film with a great cast that we had a lot of fun revisiting and discussing for you. Let us know your thoughts on this movie below!

To provide one possible answer your question about the Hot Cheetos thing, I read an article defending it's almost totally fictional events as acceptable because it creates something for immigrants to look up to.

I believe Kevin Sorbo was the original lead in Black Dog. Was replaced late in the process with Swayze.

Hi guys! On a previous episode you mentioned Derek and Clive Get The Horn. It's a documentary on Peter Cooke and Dudley Moore's very, VERY filthy characters. Those albums were quite scandalous back in the day (imagine now) and well-loved by bands on tour and schoolboys alike. Not the funniest stuff in the world but weirdly cathartic hearing the "c" word 100 times in the span of five minutes. The "British Cum Town" comparison is apt. Cooke and Moore's Sherlock Holmes parody movie is an almost classic perhaps, tho. Love your content, thanks for the shoutout ages ago and thanks for all the entertainment! ✊️
