She broke up with me shortly after a convention where I tried to make a cosplay to dress up with her, but it wasn't up to snuff. Also, the Studio Ghibli movies are good outside of being anime. They don't really follow the tropes you usually associate with anime. I've shown them to people who hate anime and they ended up loving them.
