Patreon Exclusive: The Ninth Configuration (1980)
Added 2023-10-30 23:03:37 +0000 UTCHey everyone, here's the follow-up to our episode on The Exorcist III. We take a look at the only other film that William Peter Blatty directed, The Ninth Configuration, also adapted from one of his novels.
We also start the episode by talking about the first items we received in our PO box, something we plan to do for all future Patreon episodes. Thanks again to all of you who have sent things in!

There was the whole rape revenge genre from the 70s and then especially the plot line came up in straight to video action movies from the 80s and 90s. Two famous ones that went to theaters are Ms. 45 (1981) where the female victim just starts killing men in general and The Brave One (2007) with Jodie Foster.
