My Werewolf System Chapter 1185

Absolute blood control was one of the marks of those that were the vampire king. Vampires had a close relationship with blood; their own life force was connected to their aura, and when they attacked with the blood aura, it would take part of their blood away.

There were, of course, ways for vampires to replenish this blood, which had led them to the current reputation they had in movies, films, and books. After all, all fairy tales had to start from somewhere, and there was some truth in the media that they consumed.

However, the aura they could control was limited to what was part of their body, and from vampire to vampire, how well they could control their blood aura. For the king, there was no limit. As long as there was blood in front of him, and his own aura, he could control it freely.

This was absolute blood control. After the King had made the declaration, Gary was wondering what was the feeling he could feel in the air, that was causing even the blood inside him to tingle, and then he noticed the vampires behind.

Some of them had made cuts on part of their arms, and aura was leaking out from their body. It was then all moving in one place, right to where Lucien was. The blood didn’t enter his body; instead, it was spiraling into two large blood aura portals that would hover just above his shoulder, staying in place.

The strange blood-wrapped arms that Lucien used were present.

“Gary, this is my warning to you, you better use everything you got, or you won’t survive this one!” Lucien stated, as he rushed forward.

Gary leaned his head back and started his skill, the Inferno Roar. The large wave of fire erupted from his mouth once more.

The large portal of blood that was by the King’s side moved in front of the attack, and the aura was canceling out the power.

‘So getting that blood from the others, it wasn’t just for show then. He can even block the Shadow Ash Lycan’s inferno power!’

Quickly, Gary decided to throw out his claw slashes through the air, this time infused with the power of his flames. They scorched the ground as they ripped through the floor.

Once again though, with the other large blood circle he had in the air, he was able to block the attacks.

“Do you listen to what I said?” Lucien’s voice was heard. “That you need to give it everything you have, is this everything you have!”

Gary used his Ember Dash to move his position, and then used his Infernal Roar. He was circling where Lucien was, pushing out large amounts of flames in the circle.

The large circles of blood continued to move and were moving at a fast pace to the point where it was creating a blur.

Jumping up off his feet, Gary then performed the Volcanic Burst. It was one of his most powerful moves as his whole body moved through the air like a burning comet.

He launched himself, hitting the red aura straight on. Flames and red aura pulsated, making waves that pushed back against the people around them.

For the first time, it also looked like Lucien was pushed back.

“Good, good, this is more like it,” Lucien claimed. “But, you are going to have to do somewhat better than that, my friend.”

Gary’s Volcanic Burst was coming to an end, but he didn’t stop there as he used his large heavy claws to attack the red aura, and he had burst right through.

The moment he did, Lucien was there with both of his hands having gathered his blood aura like two cannons.

It burst, hitting Gary right in the center of his body and pushed him back. The beam of energy was continuously hitting his skin, burning through it, and it almost felt like at any moment it would burst an entire hole through his body.

“Most Werewolves are pretty resilient, but I have to say, you must have the skin of a titan underneath all of that fur.”

When Gary heard Lucien’s voice, it sounded close, incredibly close, and that’s when he could see him right in front of his eyes.

“My turn.” Lucien threw his fist just like before, and the red aura pulsated around as he struck Gary’s body.

‘It’s not as strong as his last attack…I thought it would be stronger now he’s using this absolute blood control…using this much power, there has to be some type of draw back, is that what it is.’

Seeing an opening, Gary decided that it was worth it to strike back. He had the physical advantage, and he knew he could take a few hits, especially with the skills he still had in his bank.

When he went to throw out a fist though, he was hit hard in the side of the face.

He looked out of the corner of his eye, and that’s when he could see it, out of the portals that followed Lucien around, a fist made completely of blood aura had come out and hit him.

Right after, another fist came, and this time it was the real hand followed by a Blood Aura hand.

The blood aura surrounding Lucien was large, and several arms were coming out, hitting Gary non-stop.

All he could do was curl up into a ball and do his best to block the vital parts of his body.

Yet there was a lingering problem, with each hit, he could see that they were getting harder and more of his HP was being drained.
