lookbook + nose preset !(:

nose preset info:
- enabled for child-to-elder male & female (tho it looks weird on adult male sims :x i don't know why this always happens!!!)
- has a thumbnail (as seen in the second image above)
- i think it came out pretty cute if i say so myself :')
- works with sliders and looks good without skindetails (the thumb is only luumia's default vanilla skin)

04/16/2020 UPDATE: Should now show up when editing spellcasters and mermaids. Please let me know if the issue still persists!
