You can find the links for episode 11 above. The render count was somewhere near 900 but I ended up taking a few more days and adding two more scenes. I played through without them and something felt 'missing'. Felt like it needed another scene or two so wanted to fill in the gaps. Sorry about the delay. As always, thank you for supporting what I do even when it's been a struggle and things get delayed. For those of you who missed the previous post, I'm moving back to my home country because it's less of a financial strain. And if I want to focus on doing this and making more VNs, it just makes more sense.
Few thoughts below that aren't spoilers but still episode related. Ignore if you don't give a shit.

Episode thoughts : This episode is very chill and casual to me. The episodes with action after action are not here yet but it's getting there. I wanted a flow that I liked and after the previous one, this chill episode felt right. An advanced apology to those who don't enjoy the chill parts of the story. More action is coming.

I had kept this VN on my wishlist for a while now, waiting for more work to be done as I don’t enjoy getting invested in a story and then having to wait for it to continue, potentially falling out of love with it while it’s still being finished. That said, I was looking for something fresh to read and I figured 11 chapters was enough for me to get properly stuck in and see if I enjoy the story, so I bought it last week and played through the game a couple hours a night after work each day this week. I have to say, I’m really impressed. As a writer myself, I find myself taking notes from how well you write characters, the humor, the comradery, the right amount of development for secondary and even tertiary characters, they all feel unique and well written, believable and enjoyable, it’s truly a delight to read. I didn’t get into AVN’s for the sex, I know that’s a big part of the draw for most, but for me it started with plain old VN’s with no sex, just characters, a plot, and occasionally some romance. I figured if you enjoy a well written novel with romance, then a well written AVN is just that but including the more intimate bits, what’s not to love? Sadly, most AVN’s are not that, most are poorly written porn movies, and frankly, I don’t have time for that. There are easier ways to get one off if that’s all you care about, so why bother with the VN part if it’s not going to be well done? The world of AVN’s has been largely disappointing to me, but there are a few gems out there which keep my interest in the genre sustained. This is now one of them. This AVN really delivers in a way that few do, and I sincerely hope your work continues in this field for a long time. This story has everything I care about in a VN, strong plot, great characters, careful pacing, interesting world, and even genuine humor which got several laughs out of me while reading. I follow a few developers on Patreon, and I don’t know that I’ve ever commented on here, it’s just to show support and keep the work alive, but in this case I felt some kind words were necessary, you really earned it. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for you as a writer and a developer, and you’ve earned yourself a long-term fan in me.

2025-05-02 15:48:11 +0000 UTCI finally got around to playing through Chapter 11 last night, and I thought it was excellent. Very strong. You seemed to be concerned earlier, CC, that this new chapter wouldn't have enough action, but the chapter was plenty interesting without things being set on fire, stabbed, or broken. :-) I mean, action can be great fun, but action needs story so that what happens actually has context. Look at stories like the original Star Wars film, or The Lord of the Rings, or the John Wick movies. Sure, there's a lot of memorable action in all of these, but it's the story sections that make all the action mean something. So yeah, I think you did an awesome job, as ever, CC. I was pleased to see the beginning of what Nevaeha's deal is -- I knew something more was in play with her by the way you kept returning to the character. The revelation was a welcome surprise. Lots of other fun things I won't mention specifically because spoilers suck, but it was nice to have updates on characters old and new, and I'm pleased you're making sure that Esther is more than just the standard "fairy tale princess". Mika the cat made me chuckle. :-) So please stop worrying, CC. You're doing a great job here, and you have a sure hold on all elements of your tale, action and story both.
