Pausing payments for a month

Hey everyone, 

Unfortunately, something is really wrong with the damn laptop. Even with a new motherboard, it crashed. Sent it back to them and they wiped the ssd, still crashed after a while. 

Just like my early months when I paused payments before, It just doesn’t feel right to take your money when I’m not sure when I can work on the game next. They said it’ll take 5-6 days, but they’ve said this before. so I don’t want you guys to get charged and then in 5-6 days, the laptop starts acting up again. Which is why I’m gonna hit pause on payments even if the laptop comes back in 5 days. If it works fine, great, I’ll continue working on the game and the money won’t really bother me because I’m doing this for fun first and the money is a great bonus. plus I’m dying to get to the fun parts in the story.

Sorry again, this sucks but I’m just looking at it as a hurdle and not and wall. I’m in this for the long run so it’s just a small delay and not a stop. I’ll still be working on script and code because I don’t want to lose that flow. I’ll of course keep all of you updated on their ‘5-6 days’ guarantee. Attached some renders I was working on earlier.

EDIT : An overwhelming amount of patrons have messaged me saying I don’t need to pause especially since I’m working on the code and script even though I can’t work on renders. you guys made my day because I never expect this kind of support. I still look at myself as some random who just wants to tell a story but you guys show so much support. Truly the best patrons a dev can have. Patreon won’t let me pause for certain patrons so if you’re someone who wants a pause, please messgae me here and let me know, I’ll refund your amount when it gets charged. thanks again!
