Despite the law being on our side, fighting against the DMCA notice we received on Kickstarter isn't a possibility : we don't have enough time and financial resources to face the biggest Japanese music major. It would take years in a very expensive international court process, even if we have strong chances to win, it isn't worth it.
Therefore the Kickstarter campaign got cancelled, every backers will be automatically refunded and I'm currently preparing a video that I'll release in a few days to explain everything : what's at stake and what we decided to do.
I know some of you pledged for the album on top of supporting us on Patreon, and I'm incredibly thankful for that.
If it's the case, you can of course report your pledge on Indiegogo already now.

After that, I'm looking forward to turn the page and focus on 2024 and all the things we have to show you!
