Back to business!
I've been a bit silent for the past weeks: as usual it means we've been pretty busy with recordings, filming, and setting up the future of the Grissini :)
We have now the capacity to reach very regular posting and approximately 1 video per week.
I really wanted to fix the workflow and the ''posting logistic'' before really starting.
I have quite a few news and I think I'll make a video about it in the coming weeks. Quite a lot of things to tell you about!
I'll try to insert a Q&A part in the video in case people have specific questions, be sure to follow Grissini Project on Instagram, I'll make a story where you can ask questions :)

Unfortunately for the project to survive we have to ''feed the beast'' and think a bit about quantity, so no I'm trying to target 1 or a few ''very good video quality'' videos and the rest more casual quality. For the sound part we maintain the same quality :) Thanks a lot for your feedback and support, it's super precious to have such comments that are pressure-free!

I think a lot of people support you because of your qualities, therefore quantities should never be a priority. Anyway, thanks for making awesome audio and video content, it's much appreciated.
