Added 2017-03-27 18:48:59 +0000 UTCso turns out im a big dumb fuckin gay idiot and that doing art raffles aren't actually allowed anymore on Patreon. after the one i'm doing this month, i guess i'll retire that and do something in its place for the $5 reward tier, but what should it be?
i'd love to be able to do livestreams again but my current internet n living situation isn't really gonna' allow that happen for now. even if i did, i would wanna' make livestreams available for everyone, so thats off the cards.
maybe a speedpaint video each month? more sketches/WIPs/sneak peaks of unreleased stuff in my art dumps instead of just finished pieces? (i do draw many a nsfw sketch that never winds up finished so i could start throwing those into the dumps too)

2017-03-29 16:37:55 +0000 UTCi just mean sketches i don't intend on finishing or uploading anywhere else, that other artists can use, or whatever. i miss the raffles too but at the same time, there was a high chance that some people pledging to that reward would never have won (because the winning name would be drawn randomly). at least this way, people pledging to that tier are guaranteed content. and as for the sketch battle idea, i think a voting poll for a monthly animated gif will fill that role, i'll probably take patron suggestions for that.

2017-03-29 11:43:36 +0000 UTCAnother option could be a suggestion box where the suggestions are voted on by patrons. It avoids some apparent issues with raffles while still giving patrons a say in what gets drawn. Really not sure how strict the policy is and if this still breaks it.

I think you have to continue with the raffles in secret ;D at least with most of your patrons. In regard to the new tier recommendation: well, how about? " Sketches Battles" You open a post -> the patreon write all their lust ideas -> you make a delicious selection -> 2 or 4 sketches are presented -> and the battle begins, ($5) patreon can vote what sketch deserve be colored, if you don't intend to have content hidden behind the paywall at least for me 2 o 3 "Sketch Battles" in the month sounds good :D.
