They are all Swedes, but Sverkrarna is a lineage that is related to the Danes and supports the Danish king. Sweden at this time is not a unified kingdom yet, hence not Sweden. It consists of many kingdoms, and those that rule are called Folkung/ar, which means something like people's kings. Arn Magnusson and all his lineage are from the region Östergötland, and you can see crowns, even a prancing lion in their coat of arms. Great reaction!
