Remember that The Punisher is up next, with the start of it beginning a bit later this week. ๐ฅฐ I can't wait to see Frank again!

2025-08-14 23:10:08 +0000 UTCOK, when we were first introduced to Misty, people who'd read the comics were like, "Does she have her bionic arm yet?" So, we suspected that she might lose her arm at some point, just didn't know when and it was a bit of a surprise that it happened here. ๐ Like I said previously when we were introduced to Coleen that they both had a comic together called "Daughters of the Dragon." This show was OK. Not bad, but like you said, the summation of it was a bit underwhelming.

As you (and others) have noted, what makes this show work is the interactions between our heroes and their allies - the story seems to get weaker the further we get through the show, and The Hand gets less and less interesting the more we learn about them (which is essentially true whenever we saw them previously), but at least it's fun. From a quick glance at the timeline order you're following, it looks like the shows are in release order, though I don't really remember well enough to be certain. I'm also not sure what shows we knew were coming after this - I'm fairly certain that Punisher S1 and Jessica Jones S2 were confirmed, and I'm reasonably sure that it was known that there would be a Daredevil S3 even if it wasn't official yet. I do remember that there weren't any plans for another Defenders season at the time though - IIRC it was suggested that it was most likely a one-off thing.
