June Throwback vote

Today is our usual throwback vote where we decide the bonus old file that will join the next release ( that we'll discover in a week ! )
The contender for this one is all sort of special units from old factions.
First the Silent Executionners from SHADOW STALKERS ( May 2022)
Then the Savage Chariot from FALLEN BEASTS ( August 2022 )
Finally the Hemocentaurs from CRYPT NIGHTMARES ( January 2023 )
