2025 Painting contest : the Winner... S ???!!!
Added 2025-04-30 18:59:07 +0000 UTCLast year, we got the first tie in the first place so in 2025 , i modified the notation system to have it way more spread for the podium so it solve the problem. Well, i FAILED.
Finishing with the exact same note to the dot, 2025 will have 2 winners in the first place. What even more funny is that this place is awarded to the same miniature TWICE !! Last year, Remosaurio was one of the winner and decided to pick a fantastic Troll headhunter on a Tiger. So this year he decided to paint his prize and compete again. He went all in with a marvelous diorama including lots of Critters, some GROVE GUARDIANS spirits and a fantastic job overall on the whole model. He made his Remoj'ai miniature the honor it deserved. Feel free to check pictures to find all the little details. But he wasnt the only fan of the Tiger rider.
Totor_miniature also picked the same model and went smaller on the base which is still awesome but went even harder on the painting level. His take was different in term of tones and atmosphere to offer another take on Remoj'ai that would make his co winner quite pride !
I've wonder a lot on the fact that i needed to part them to have one clear winner or not but both the amount of work on the base on one hand and the precision of the painting on the other was enough for me to let them win both. Maybe more trolls are coming ?
